बंगाल की खाड़ी (Bay of Bengal) और अंडमान सागर (Andaman Sea) पर चक्रवाती तूफान आसनी (Cyclone Asani) का खतरा बना हुआ है चक्रवात ‘आसनी' के प्रभाव से रविवार को बारिश और तेज हवाओं (Rain And Strong Winds) के कारण अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह (Andaman & Nicobar Islands) के कुछ हिस्सों में आम जनजीवन प्रभावित हुआ. अधिकारियों ने यह जानकारी दी. उन्होंने बताया कि साल के पहले चक्रवाती तूफान (Cyclone Storm) के तेजी से द्वीप समूह की तरफ बढ़ने के मद्देनजर अंतर-द्वीपीय जहाज सेवाओं को रोक दिया गया है और मछुआरों को समुद्र में नहीं जाने का अलर्ट जारी किया गया है.
