Returning to the programme are Gemma Austin, chef patron of her new Belfast establishment A Peculiar Tea, and Chris McClurg, chef de cuisine at Paul Ainsworth’s No 6 in Padstow. They are joined by Stephen Hope, chef patron of Dawsons Restaurant in Castledawson and former winner of the Gordon Ramsey scholarship, and Marty McAdam, chef patron of The Paget Lane in his home town of Enniskillen.
