INGREDIENTS:
150g unsalted butter
60g greens (dill, cilantro, onion)
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
3pcs chicken fillet
salt / pepper to taste
For breading:
3 eggs
flour
bread crumbs
vegetable oil for frying

First, mix soft butter with herbs, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut off the small fillet and the large one into 2 parts. And beat off everything carefully.
Add salt and pepper. Put butter inside a small fillet and fold. Next, put it in a large fillet and close tightly. First, bread in flour, then in an egg and bread crumbs. Then again the egg and crumbs. Fry in heated oil until golden brown, and then bake in the oven preheated at 180C for 15 minutes.
