The distance between uncle Shivpal and Ashilesh Yadav has been increasing ever since the results of the assembly elections were announced. It is also being said that these distances have increased so much, that now Shivpal Yadav has made up his mind to separate himself from the SP-Alliance. If this is indeed so, then it may prove to be a setback for Akhilesh before the 2024 general elections. Meanwhile, another such discussion is gaining momentum, which must have put force on the forehead of the SP supremo. It is being told that BJP can give Shivpal the post of Deputy Speaker in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly.

विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजे घोषित होने के बाद से ही चचा शिवपाल और अशिलेश यादव के बीच दूरियां बढ़ती जा रही हैं। ये भी कहा जा रहा है, कि ये दूरियां इतनी बढ़ गई हैं, कि अब शिवपाल यादव ने खुद को सपा-गठबंधन से जुदा करने का मन बना लिया। अगर वाकई ऐसा है, तो 2024 के आम चुनाव से पहले ये अखिलेश के लिये झटका साबित हो सकता है। इस बीच एक और ऐसी चर्चा ज़ोर पकड़ रही है, जिसने सपा सुप्रीमो के माथे पर बल डाल दिये होंगे। बताया जा रहा है कि बीजेपी शिवपाल को उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा में डिप्टी-स्पीकर का पद दे सकती है।
