HIGHLIGHT (Episode 2) MasterChef Australia Fans and Favourites

For this Episode, the judges said that fans and favorites will definitely not expecting a service challenge. Well, as a MasterChef lover, I myself doesn’t expect it this early as well. Their challenge for this episode is a Featured Ingredients Service Challenge — The contestants competed in their Fans and Favourites teams in a three-course service challenge, in which each course had to feature a key ingredient chosen by the Fans or the Favourites. Teams were broken up into three smaller sections of four people who worked on each course and each of them should cook 40 of each main course in 2 and a half hours before the plating. The sections who cooked each of the winning courses will enter the immunity decider challenge.
