Stretching the body and the mind - letting go of attachment

You think, we´re just hanging around? Guess what? You´re right! :-)

This #Air_Exercise gave me goosebumps!
.
I have never #stretched my body in that way! It was an #amazing #experience – especially my #neck was yelling but also sooooo #relieved after! The blood is circulating again! Feels like a full upgrade!
.
If we access the #mind, we shouldn´t forget the #body as well. Our body carries our mind and is housing our #soul in this incarnation. Our soul and mind are building relations to the body. They´re connected.
.
If we experience #fear for instance, while thinking about an exam, this is instantly triggering the body to prepare for a challenge. Just one expample for the close ties between mind, body and soul. We can try to fight or #avoid the given connection or – we can use it!
.
Each #Yoga pose has a specific effect on the mind-soul-body-system. This special #airexercise and #stretching unit gave me some deeper insights.
Our body stores so many information about #previous #experiences: These body #blueprints are very much determinating our #flexibility – physically and mentally!
Body #Blockages or #discomforts may unconsciously enhance #rigidity, resulting in #freezing - while life may invite us to act #flexible, #vital, #joyful and to #surrender.
.
This is not only limited to the body, it also affects our emotional flexibility. Body blockages may be related to locked #emotions – affecting our ability to #open up our #hearts, to feel and act out of #love.
Additionally body blockages seem to come along with specific #beliefs, which are related to the locked emotions. Dysfunctional #Convictions can actually keep you in a #mental #cage.

So, if you´re trying to work on your mind and access your soul – don´t forget to #integrate your body as well! Use your body, #take care of it and #stretch it!
Let go of #convictions, let go of #stress, let go of #attachement. Use your body as a #vehicle to #release everything.
Your individual truth will occur, once the dust has settled.

It actually doesn´t matter which ttol you choose – Yoga, Running, Stretching, Pilates or that Air Exercise – just do it! Take your body in respect…
