Navneet Rana speaks about allegations of certificate fraud

Last year, the court rejected Navneet Rana's cast certificate. Navneet Rana was accused of getting the cast certificate made on the basis of forged documents. A fine of Rs 2 lakh was also imposed on Navneet Rana by the court. The petition claimed that Navneet Rana originally comes from Punjab.
