Super easy to make, just need the patience to get this homemade espresso ice cream done. This coffee ice cream is eggless, no cooking process needed here.
Everyone loves this coffee ice cream, it will disappear pretty much the second I serve it on a bowl. I find it best to enjoy this with a waffle ice cream cone. Yum!
I also really love the contrast of warm pies or tart and a scoop of ice cream, for a stronger taste of coffee, feel free to add more espresso shots into it.

How to make coffee ice cream at home, you'll need:

300 ml double cream
250 ml milk
single shot of espresso
80 gr sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla

for garnish :

pod chocolate 80%
granola
