for not stopping him sooner.
The FBI was made aware of the sports doctor's behavior in 2015 but did nothing.
As a result, he continued to assault young women and girls for over a year.
In 2017, Nassar pleaded guilty.
He is currently in prison.
The current claim involves about 90 people, including Biles, Aly Raisman and McKayla Maroney.
