Toyota Takes on Water Scarcity with Conservation

Seventy percent of the world’s population face water scarcity at least one month a year while 6 percent of the population face clean water access issues all year long. ‘Water, we have too much of it and not enough’ will air starting this weekend on the Discovery Science Channel and Motor Trend TV. It will examine the water crisis issues here in the southwest and how Toyota is manufacturing vehicles in the U.S. by using less water, and setting an example for others to learn from and follow.
