First Run After Tear-Down & Rework, PIE is Now Sporting A New Top Bar

First trial run after tearing it down & reworking axle mounts, sun gear mounts, and timing adjustment locks. Now is sporting a new top bar and painted weights, the PIE (Pulsed Inertial Engine) is not on wheels because it will not stay on the bench without being tied down.
