Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob launched the first tunnel boring machine (TBM) on Thursday for the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) at the Bukit Tinggi portal, where it will cut through the Titiwangsa range, linking Bentong, Pahang with Gombak, Selangor.
