So there, Congress leader and film actress Archana Gautam, who contested the assembly elections from Hastinapur in protest against this plan, reached Bulandshahr on June 24. Here Archana Gautam came barefoot on the scorching road in the sun and protested fiercely against the Agneepath scheme.

केंद्र सरकार ने 14 जून को अग्निपथ भर्ती योजना की घोषणा की थी। इस घोषणा के बाद से पूरे देश में हिंसक प्रदर्शन के साथ-साथ सियासत भी जारी है। तो वहीं, इस योजना के विरोध में हस्तिनापुर से विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ी कांग्रेस नेत्री और फिल्म अभिनेत्री अर्चना गौतम 24 जून को बुलंदशहर पहुंची। यहां अर्चना गौतम ने धूप में तपती सड़क पर नंगे पांव उतरी और अग्निपथ योजना के खिलाफ जमकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया
