Bathroom smells - Toilet Pan Collar

Hey, guys Matti here from Gold Coast Plumbing Experts. I just wanted to run you through a job that we're currently on, as it's quite common and you may have experienced it at your own home. We have a toilet, or the bathroom I should say, that is producing a bit of a gray water sewage smell.

What we've found is that the toilet outlet pan collar is corroded. So it allows the smell to come back up on the outside of the toilet. So we've gone ahead and replaced this. We're going to reinstall the toilet and test and that will fix the smelly bathroom issue.
