दिन भर AC में रहने का मतलब है आप सूर्य के प्रकाश से दूर रहते है । सूरज के प्रकाश में आपकी त्वचा संम्वेदन शील हो जाती है। अल्ट्रा वाईलेट किरणों से बचाने के लिए मेललिन ऊपर आजाता है इससे नुकसान से बच जाता है। परन्तु त्वचा मेलानिन के कारण काली हो जाती है । कब आप सूरज के उजाले में नही जाएंगे तो मेलेनिन नीचे रहता है। दूसरा कारण AC में रहने से त्वचा पर धूल मिट्टी और प्रदुषण का प्रभाव नही होता है ।इस लिए भी त्वचा साफ रहती है।
