JKG Healthcare CEO Ariful Haque Chowdhury and Chairman Dr. Eight accused including Sabrina Arif Chowdhury have been produced in court.
On Tuesday (July 19) at 12 noon, the court of Dhaka Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Tofazzal Hossain will announce the verdict of the discussed case, according to Azad Rahman, the lawyer of the state.
The defendants were brought from the jail to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court of Dhaka at 8:30 this morning to announce the verdict of the discussed case. After that they were kept in the custody of the court.
Police sub-inspector Nahid confirmed this information.
Earlier on June 29, the court of Dhaka Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Tofazzal Hossain fixed the day (July 19) for announcing the verdict after presenting the arguments of both sides. The other accused in the case are - Abu Saeed Chowdhury, Himu, Tanjila, Vipul, Shafiqul Islam Romeo and Zebunnesa.
Out of 40 witnesses in the case, 26 testified.
