Endangered Gouldian finch returns to Lee Point, prompting campaign to stop Defence Housing Australia development

A tiny endangered bird could be the feathery spanner in the works for a defence housing project in Darwin's Northern suburbs. Federal Environmental authorities have travelled to the top end to inspect the Lee Point development site, as protestors push to protect the Gouldian Finch.
