HARRY KANE suffered a ghastly injury after colliding heads with Rafael Toloi during England's Nations League match against Italy tonight.

The striker was trying to head the ball towards the goal when he collided with Toloi.

After colliding with the Italian, he fell to the ground screaming in pain as he held his face.

Doctors rushed to treat the superstar striker, who was gushing blood from his mouth.

But Kane was able to continue after receiving treatment, much to the relief of Gareth Southgate and his England teammates.

After a lackluster first half from both teams, Italy finally opened the scoring in the 68th minute thanks to a fantastic goal from Giacomo Raspadori.

The striker brought the ball down on the edge of the box from a Leonardo Bonucci cross before cutting inside and firing an excellent shot into the right side of the goal.

Gareth Southgate reacted quickly by making two changes, replacing Bukayo Saka with Jack Grealish and Kyle Walker with Luke Shaw.

But it was too little too late as the Three Lions lost the clash 1-0.

The result sees England RELEGATED from League A of the Nations League for the first time in history.

Even if Southgate's side beat Germany on Monday, they will finish bottom of Group Three.

Underdogs Hungary currently lead the group with a game to go, while Italy trail behind in second place.
