Negative Impacts of Metaverse | Algoworks

Metaverse is an open-source platform. Neal Stephenson first introduced the concept of a Metaverse in 1952 through a novel called "SNOW CRASH". Simply put, the goal was to create a parallel digital universe for us – the Metaverse - which we can access from our real world. It has been achieved on the internet via web and games. Much excitement has stirred around Metaverse. No matter how attractive Metaverse appears to be, there are downsides too and will turn a lot of negatives. Let’s look at some of the downsides of Metaverse.
