After thousands of volunteer hours and countless youngsters coming through his 40 years, Mike Sinden is finally calling time as head coach of Welshpool Amateur Boxing Club.
MyWelshpoolTV caught up with Mike, and his son Warren who is taking the reins, as they put the current crop of local fighters through their paces ahead of another big Welshpool fight night in December.
But don't expect Mike to disappear into the sunset just yet...
