: "Newest rescue kitten, Connie, demands attention and affection. Connie was born outside in the summer of 2022 and had a feeder however feeder didn’t interact with Connie, resulting in an undersocialized kitten (unable to be picked up and placed into carrier). Shortly after being trapped (and then enticed with highly preferred kitty food), Connie has realized the perks of being an indoor kitty (food and cuddles). In addition, she has a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia, aka wobbly cat syndrome, a non progressive neurological condition which affects her movement. She had a hard time crossing streets and likely would have gotten hit by a car. She will be available for adoption soon in NYC area. Bonus: I recently trapped her mom and sibling. All 3 will be looking for homes soon. Stay tuned for more antics from the family while they stay in my rescue garage. Adopt, don’t shop."
