A class of engineering students in the Philippines is going viral for designing its own ‘anti-cheating’ headgear ahead of an exam on October 17.
‘Most of the time, midterm [exams] are stressful, fearful, and difficult,’ said professor Mary Joy Mandane-Ortiz, via Storyful. ‘Because of the creative anti-cheating hat, the atmosphere [became] funny and no stress at all … [My students were] very excited to take the midterm exam face-to-face because, for almost two years, they took the exams online due to pandemic.’
