Urgent review launched into China's attempts to recruit former ADF pilots

There are reports by ex-Australian Defence Force personnel may have been approached to provide military training to China. Defence Minister Richard Marles says the current evidence warrants the need for a detailed examination into the adequacy of current defence policies.
