A few days ago we bought bread from our local supermarket. They didn't have any of the baked-in-store loaves that we like, so we instead bought one made at their central factory (wherever that is). Naturally, the bread was awful. And naturally, we didn't eat it. Since I'm not one to waste perfectly good food (insert mocking laughter here), I decided to turn the offending loaf into bread pudding. And not just any bread pudding, either, but s'mores bread pudding. Nothing brings a woeful, bland hunk of bread to life like a whole lot of chocolate and toasty marshmallows, I say.
