Truck Trying to Turn Around Gets Stuck in Ditch

A driver attempted to make a U-turn with a barricade zone. Thinking the concrete was dry, they drove too closely to the sidewalk and ended up with one of the front wheels in the ditch. The back wheel also slid into the ditch when they attempted to drive out of it, trapping the entire vehicle.
