OUT OF PRISON

At least 128 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) receive their certificate of discharge from the National Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City on Thursday, Nov. 24, 2022. Those who were released had served their maximum sentence, qualified for parole or were senior citizens. Justice Secretary Crsipin Remulla said the release of qualified PDLs was also to decongest the NBP.
