Real Madrid will play CF Fuenlabrada Infantil A U14 in 2022

The hardest part of COVID-19 seems to have concluded in the sporting component as well as the health and social parts. And as a result, the Royal Madrid Football Federation will be able to finish the long-planned restructure of categories for the upcoming season. The Real Madrid academy will have three teams that detect a special novelty in the upcoming season in addition to the formation of new teams (Football 7 and Football 5). These teams are Cadet A, Infantil A, and Alevn A. According to the Competition Bases, all of them will participate in new leagues during the academic year 2021–2022.

The introduction of three new categories in Madrid football is proposed, with the first two being a single group, according to the RFFM Report on Sports Activities 2020–2021. Superliga Cadete, Superliga Infantil, and División de Honor Aleván will be their respective names. Without accumulating information about the two-group Cadet Honor Division category, which is a new category as well and was approved in November 2020 as a precursor to the Super League.
