Bean pilaf with red meat is a very tasty and popular food combination of our people that we prepared today and I decided to share how to prepare it with you,

Ingredients:
Mutton neck
an onion
tomato paste
Spices
Brewed saffron
Rice
Be fresh

Preparation method:
Fry the chopped onions in oil and fry, then add spices and tomato paste to it, fry the meat in this mixture a little and add some water and cook for two hours.
Put the washed rice on the flame, add the cobs and fresh dill to it, after adding the salt, boil it for a few minutes to soften it a little, then drain it and brew it.
After 15 minutes, our rice is ready.
