The 45,000 NFT version features the former president in various fantasy costumes and poses. It will be molded on Polygon.
Former President Donald Trump has released a fictitious collection of 45,000 non-fungible tokens (NFTs), he announced on Thursday through Truth Social, the social media website he founded on Feb. last year 2016.
According to the collection's website, the Trump Digital Trading Card features the president's image in a style similar to collectible baseball cards. The tokens, minted on Polygon, cost $99 and can be purchased with ether (ETH) or fiat.
At the end of the checkout process, customers are prompted to select the amount of Trump Cards NFT they wish to purchase. The pop-up advertises a guaranteed ticket to a gala dinner with Trump when buying 45 NFTs at once, as shown in the screenshot below. This will cost the customer $4455.
Collectors who purchase one of the digital transaction cards will automatically enter a "sweepstakes" to claim Trump experiences, including a zoom call, a Miami dinner or an hour of drinks. cocktails at Mar-a-Lago. According to the website, the trading token will have rarity characteristics ranging from one of one to "2, 5, 7 or 10 copies. No Trump Digital Trading Card exists more than 20 copies".
Although Trump said he is "not a fan" of crypto in July 2019, he still enthusiastically promotes his new collection of Trump Cards NFT. "GET YOUR CARD NOW! Only $99 each!
