An evening along the oceanfront at Ochheuteal Beach in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Once a sleepy resort town frequented mainly by locals and Western tourists, Sihanoukville has been transformed into a would-be seaside gambling destination targeting the Chinese market, or at least that was the intention before the Covid-19 pandemic. This shows the Ochheuteal beachfront on an evening in what should be high tourist season in December 2022.
