NHS ‘under pressure’ but ‘come forward for care’ if needed

Chris Hopson of NHS England says that the health service is “under very significant pressure” but urges people to “help us help you by coming forward for care if you need it.” It comes after the Royal College of Emergency Medicine said that many A&E departments are in a “complete state of crisis”.
