ALFONSO: COMMERCIAL DIVING HAS TO BE REGULATED

Mistakes were made on the sides of both Paria and LMCS. That's the conclusion drawn by Attorney-at-law Nyree Alfonso who is representing the Seamen and Waterfront Workers Trade Union at the Commission of Enquiry.


Alfonso has recommended that the commercial diving industry has to be regulated as she says, what obtains now, is unacceptable.
