Sharon shares Chloe's story ahead of #SepsisSavvy walk in Cornwall

Alongside UKST ambassador Melissa, Sharon will be leading the Cornwall walk on Sunday 26th March, which will take place at Trelissick Park and be approximately 4.9 miles long. The walk will begin at 11am, but all participants should be in the car park by the cattle grid gates by 10.30am.
