Sarah Ann Masse is a bisexual writer, filmmaker, comedian, actor, sexual violence survivor, and the founder of Hire Survivors Hollywood. Masse was one of the first people to come forward about Harvey Weinstein and recently starred in the Universal Pictures film “She Said.”
Masse spoke with our own Caitlynn McDaniel about her experience in Hollywood, working on the “She Said” movie, founding her organization, and using storytelling to persuade the culture we live in to be more inclusive. “I hope to constantly be understanding myself better and contextualizing my place in the world so I can be a better partner and friend, an artist, an advocate.”
You can watch “She Said” now on Peacock.
