Authorities in Ukraine say they have shot down most of the six suspected Russian surveillance balloons detected in the skies over Kyiv. The Kremlin hasn't commented on the reports, but Russian forces HAVE launched a new round of missile attacks across Ukraine. Among the targets hit is the country's largest oil refinery. Ukraine has repelled some attacks, but authorities say targets in the north, west, south, east and center of the country have been struck.
