SIT DOWN AND HAVE A CUP OF TEA!

It's that simple really, just take a break from life, do some reading, listen to some music, whatever you want to do, take a short break at least once a day and have a little time to yourself and you will feel so much better for it.
Do it twice a day and you'll feel even better, three times and you'll feel better still.
