MCC Coaching Program by PowerHouse Coaching

International Coaching Federation (ICF) provides three levels of credentials, viz. ACC (Associate Certified Coach), PCC (Professional Certified Coach), and MCC (Master Certified Coach) which are regarded as gold standards in the coaching industry. ICF mentor coaching provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level. 10-hour group ICF mentor coaching is required for applying and renewing all three credentialing levels viz. ACC, PCC, and MCC. However, mentor coaching can only be provided by a mentor coach with the same or higher level of coaching credentials with relevant experience. So, students applying for ACC can be coached by ACC, PCC, or MCC mentors, PCC students can be coached by PCC or MCC mentor coaches, while ICF mentor coaching for MCC can only be provided by a certified MCC coach with relevant coaching experience.
