Statue celebrate women’s rights advocate Louisa Lawson

A statue of Louisa Lawson, the mother of Henry Lawson has been unveiled at Mudgee in New South Wales. The unveiling comes as part of a push for more regional communities to acknowledge women. Across the country less than three percent of statues are women.
