This passively managed index fund has 250 stocks in its holdings in the tech and consumer discretionary sectors. Returns are dominated by the performance of the largest component companies, such as Apple ($AAPL@US), Microsoft ($MSFT@US), Amazon ($AMZN@US), and Tesla ($TSLA@US), making up roughly 50 percent of the fund. Vanguard has an expense ratio of 0.04 percent and $130 billion in assets under management. As of March, it has an annual earnings growth of nearly 28 percent and a net asset value of more than $200. Growth ETFs are diversified portfolios of companies that are growing at above-average rates and are known for rapidly increasing earnings, sales, and cash flow.
