The concept

Inspired by the old paper of Da Vinci's notebook, OVD chose recycled coffee paper as the dial of the watch.
The coffee-stained paper has the same retro vibe as his notebook.
As in the process of pouring coffee, the coffee paper will only be used one and then discarded. This just allow OVD to recycle it.
And they really like the fact that each paper has its own unique coffee stain texture, which means that each dial will be unique.
