Porfidio's Upcycling Program
What can be done with a Porfidio Cactus Bottle after its tasty content has been consumed? This was the question bar owners and direct customers kept asking us for decades. In the past, the standard proposal was to cut off the top section of the bottle and transform it into glass. However, in 2023, we moved on to suggesting an easier, less complicated upcycling concept. Instead of cutting off the top of the bottle to transform the bottle into a drinking glass, what if we could provide our customers with a prefabricated, perfectly sized lamp fitting to attach to their empty, pre-used Porfidio Cactus Bottle? And so, the Porfidio Lamp concept was born! The lampshade of our lamp fitting is handmade by skilled artisans in Austria with a top-quality, off-white, fireproof, European fabric. As an extra design detail, the custom - made twisted electricity cable comes in the same tonality of red as the cactus flower spots on our glass cact us!
Our lamp fittings can be shipped anywhere in the world and come with plugs that are customized for each region. For the above reasons, as each order is customized, the average shipping time after order placement is two weeks.
