Calls to reduce tax on foreign investors, as percentage of new homes starting construction drops

Queensland's housing industry association is calling on local and state governments to reduce taxes on foreign investors to increase housing supply. It says there has been a 28 percent fall in the number of homes starting construction in the past 12 months.
