00:00 Hello, welcome back to our channel.
00:04 Today we are going to be making chicken and cheese portobello mushrooms that are baked.
00:14 And we did another tutorial earlier today. Hope you check that out too.
00:21 So first thing we're going to do is wash our hands.
00:27 Remember always to use soap.
00:30 Wash your, wash your, wash your, wash your, wash your hands.
00:34 Okay, so after you wash your hands, you're going to dry them.
00:41 And then, now we can begin with the ingredients.
00:50 So I preheated my oven to 350 degrees and now here are the mushrooms. They are really big.
00:59 Um, so I already washed and dried it.
01:04 So now we're going to put some olive oil.
01:09 Just a little bit on each side.
01:18 And I'm going to do a little more. Oopsies. Oops.
01:24 And then the other side.
01:28 Oh.
01:30 So I'm just going to pat it in there.
01:35 And spread.
01:39 And now I'm going to do the other one.
01:43 So, oops, just a little bit on each side.
01:48 And the other side of this one.
01:54 She's doing the mushrooms.
01:57 And a little more. There, oops.
02:01 And then you're just going to spread it all around here.
02:09 So, we have some orange bell pepper for the fall season. This is one fourth of a cup.
02:18 Here is a half a cup of chicken breast.
02:24 Half a cup of four cheese Mexican blend. You can use any cheese you like, but this is the one we like.
02:32 Here is some feta cheese.
02:37 And it's one third of a cup.
02:39 And now we are going to mix all this together.
02:45 So first pour in your cheese.
02:48 Get all of it in there.
02:54 Then your other cheese.
02:58 And your chicken breast.
03:07 And now you're going to add in your orange bell pepper.
03:11 And then some salt.
03:18 And some pepper.
03:22 Now you're going to stir it all up together until it's well blended.
03:31 Alright, and I forgot to put in this parsley flakes.
03:36 So I'm going to, hold on.
03:39 I'm going to pop it open.
03:42 And there.
03:44 So now you're just going to mix all of the ingredients.
03:52 So when it's completely mixed with all the salt, put it in the oven.
04:00 And when it's mixed with all the salt, pepper, and other stuff, you're going to take a little bit
04:05 and then fill the top of the measuring strip with it.
04:10 And try not to get it outside of it.
04:14 And we're just going to add a little more here.
04:19 And there's some more.
04:32 And...
04:34 And we're going to put a little more.
04:47 And...
04:49 So, for presentation purposes, you're going to take your parsley flakes,
04:55 open it, and then just sprinkle a little bit on top so it looks pretty.
05:03 And now, we're going to put these in the oven at 350 degrees.
05:16 And to make sure it doesn't burn, put foil in it.
05:20 And the last five minutes, take the foil off, and then just let it sit in there for five more minutes.
05:28 So, put your foil loosely covered.
05:33 And then you just make sure your oven rack is in the middle.
05:41 So I'm going to put this in here.
05:46 So, before you put it in the oven, because you preheated it, make sure you have your oven ready.
05:52 I'm just going to pick this up and put it in here.
06:02 And now we're just going to bake it for a little bit.
06:13 Now we're going to close it and let it bake for 15 minutes.
06:20 So after you take it out of the oven, you're going to let the oven air out and open it a tiny crack at 350 degrees.
06:30 So you're just going to put the pan on some pop holders.
06:36 And so you can eat this by itself or with some salad, some grilled fish, or whatever you like.
