FACTS ABOUT SIBERIAN HUSKY | That you do not know: BMJ.

  • last year
Siberian Huskies were originally bred by the Chukchi people of northeastern Asia as sled dogs to help them travel long distances in harsh Arctic conditions. Unlike some other dog breeds, Siberian Huskies are not typically aggressive towards humans and are known for their friendly and sociable nature. Siberian Huskies have a thick double coat that helps insulate them from the cold. They shed their undercoat twice a year, a process known as "blowing their coat."
Siberian Huskies have been featured in numerous movies and TV shows, including the popular film "Balto" which is based on the true story of a Siberian Husky that led a team of sled dogs on a dangerous mission to deliver medicine to a remote Alaskan town during a diphtheria outbreak
