00:19 So today I am going to make a very delicious Panjiri
00:23 Especially for new mothers, this is a very powerful food
00:28 Many people like to eat this in winters
00:31 You can eat this as a sweet
00:34 This is a kind of dry Halwa
00:37 Which has a lot of ingredients and is very tasty
00:42 So let's see the ingredients and start preparing
00:46 To make Goan Diya Panjiri we need Suji
00:50 I have taken 500 grams, half a kilo of Suji
00:56 According to that I have taken 500 grams of Sugar
01:00 We are using real Ghee to make this
01:03 And this is made in real Ghee
01:06 If you don't get that you can use clarified butter
01:10 You can also use Vanaspati Ghee
01:13 2 cups Ghee 300 grams
01:16 Almonds 200 grams
01:20 In Panjiri, regular almonds are used
01:24 I have sliced them and I am using the whole almonds
01:28 Cashew nuts 200 grams
01:32 Pistachios 150 grams
01:36 Melon seeds 100 grams
01:41 Desiccated coconut 100 grams
01:46 Raisins 200 grams
01:52 You can clean them, wash and dry them
01:56 These are called Phool Makhane
02:01 If you are outside India, you can get them easily at Indian and Pakistani stores
02:06 Phool Makhane 50 grams
02:09 This is also called Char Goan and Goan
02:14 I am using 140 grams

03:55 Add 1 tablespoon of Ghee

07:46 Now we will add the Sugar to it
07:50 We need the fine Sugar
07:53 If you get the thick Sugar, then you can grind it and use it
