00:20 Today I am going to make Seekh Kebab.
00:22 It is a very popular dish. So today I am going to teach you how to make it at home with homemade spices.
00:32 I will also teach you how to grill it on skewers.
00:40 So today we will learn and see a lot of things.
00:44 So let's see the ingredients.
00:47 For the spices we need cumin seeds, cumin seeds, whole red chillies, black cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, black cumin seeds.
01:16 10 kbp sugar, 4 black pepper, salt 2 tsp, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 4 green chillies.
01:40 This is cloves. I will use it when we grind the mince for kebab.
01:49 1/2 tsp black salt, 2 tsp chaat masala.
01:56 So first we will toast all these spices in a frying pan or any pan and grind it in a coffee grinder.
02:09 So now toast them in a pan.
02:12 Just dry the moisture of the spices. Don't make them black or brown.
02:27 Now turn off the stove and grind them in a grinder.
02:47 Now add chaat masala, black salt, red chilli powder, salt and grind them.
03:15 Now add the prepared spices in the pan.
03:21 You can use packet spices if you want.
03:25 But believe me, when you make kebab with this spices, it will be very delicious.
03:32 So now our spices are ready and now we will start the mince mixing.
03:38 For the ingredients, i am using ground beef, 1 medium sized onion roughly chopped, green coriander.
03:54 Now we will chop the onion. So first i will add little bit of mince in the onion and chop it.
04:13 Don't mince it too much.
04:29 Now add the chopped onion, green coriander and green chillies.
04:57 Add ginger and garlic paste.
04:59 Now add the prepared spices and the remaining mince and mix it well.
05:12 Use minimum spices to get the best taste of kebabs.
05:21 Now our mince is ready and i am going to refrigerate it for 2 hours.
05:28 If you have time, you can refrigerate it for 4 to 6 hours.
05:34 Now we will make the squares.
05:38 I have flat squares. For seekh kebab we need thick squares. But i will make seekh kebab on these.
05:47 So i will show you how to make seekh kebab on squares.
06:03 Take this much quantity of meat and spread it on the squares.
06:22 Use water while spreading the meat on the squares.
