00:10 today i m sharing with you a very delicious and delicious dessert recipe
00:15 this is doodh dulari recipe
00:17 so lets note down the ingredients we need for this
00:22 for doodh dulari we need 1.5 ltr milk
00:28 and i m using condensed milk in it

03:00 and now we will cook it with milk till 1,5 ltr milk is left.

03:26 after 15,20 mins it will be reduced by 1 ltr.
03:36 and in 7 mins i will add vermicelli in it.
03:43 because we need to cook it a little bit.
03:54 mix it well,the reason for 1 ltr milk is to keep the milk in white color.

04:05 so i will cook it for 5 mins more.
04:07 milk is getting thick now.
04:15 after 5,7 mins i will add condensed milk in it.
04:20 and cook it for 5 mins more and then i will add kewra water and corn starch in it.
04:28 so 5 mins are over now.
04:33 now i will add kumel in it.
04:48 mix it well.
04:50 now add 1 tsp kewra essence in it.
05:01 mix it well and add corn flour in it.
05:16 mix it well.
05:18 now it is boiling,i am adding corn flour in it.
05:23 mix it well.
05:25 mix it well.
05:37 i have turned off the stove,let it cool down.
05:42 milk is getting cold now.
05:45 now i will add fruit cocktail in it.
05:48 and i will add gulab jamun in it.
05:58 i will keep it for garnishing.
06:00 mix it well.

06:07 i have added cream in it.
06:19 i forgot to show you how to make it in the video.i added cream in it after taking it out in a bowl.
06:26 now add jellies in it.
