00:25 Assalamu Alaikum viewers, today I am making Palak Paneer.
00:29 For this we need paneer, 1 cup paneer, 1 packet spinach, 3 tbsp whipping cream, 1 medium sized tomato, 1 small sized onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger,
00:54 1 tbsp chopped garlic, salt to taste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cumin powder,
01:17 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, and oil.
01:25 So now we will boil the spinach and make a puree.
01:30 In a pan, add 1/2 cup oil, onion puree, ginger garlic paste and saute till it turns golden.
01:59 Now add all the spices.
02:06 Add turmeric, curry powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt to taste.
02:31 Add spinach puree and cook for 2 minutes.
02:51 Add 1 cup water and cook for 2 minutes.
03:20 Now cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
03:35 I have kept the flame on low because spinach is very spicy.
03:55 Add whipping cream and lemon juice.
04:24 Cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
04:39 Now the spinach paneer is ready.
04:54 Serve with naan, chapati, puri, rice and yellow rice.
