00:00 Hey guys, it's Sana Gasparyan.
00:01 I'm here with CoverGirl to show you
00:02 how to create this sultry brown smoky eye and flawless skin.
00:07 So let's get started.
00:07 So I'm going to start by applying my foundation.
00:13 And this is the Outlast Stay Luminous.
00:15 And I love this stuff because it already has primer in it.
00:18 I already have my moisturizer on,
00:20 so I'm just going to go straight to this guy.
00:22 I like to apply about two to three pumps,
00:24 going in with a kabuki brush and really getting this
00:28 into my skin with circular motions.
00:30 This way, I get the product into my skin in the most
00:33 natural way possible.
00:34 This foundation has a luminous finish,
00:36 which I love because I just like my skin
00:39 to look really dewy and sort of natural at the same time.
00:43 With a lot of long-lasting foundations,
00:45 I find that they're kind of drying on the skin.
00:48 And I like that this one is really
00:50 hydrating and easy to blend.
00:54 I do like to cover my ear as well,
00:55 because I want everything to match.
00:57 And also my neck area.
01:01 Now that my foundation is done, I'm
01:03 going to move on to my concealer.
01:04 And I'm going in with Fix Stick.
01:06 And I like this concealer because it also
01:08 highlights at the same time.
01:10 And it's very creamy.
01:11 So I like to apply this on the center of my face
01:14 and my under eye area.
01:15 I always say choose a concealer that's about one to two shades
01:18 lighter than your skin, because that's really
01:20 going to conceal and highlight.
01:24 I'm going to go back to my kabuki brush
01:25 and really blend this in place.
01:27 So now that my skin is done, I'm going
01:31 to move on and highlight the high points of my cheeks
01:34 a little bit.
01:34 And I have a trick for you guys.
01:36 I'm actually going to use an eye shadow to do that.
01:38 And this is the Bombshell Shine Shadow.
01:41 It has the most beautiful shimmer.
01:43 And it works great on the face as well as the eyes.
01:46 Pop this on the high points of my cheeks.
01:49 And work it all the way up to my brow bone.
01:55 I'm also going to apply a little bit on the top of my nose
01:58 and my Cupid's bow.
02:00 I'm also going to use this as an eye shadow base.
02:02 So I'm going to apply this all over my eyes.
02:05 All right, so my skin looks like it's glowing.
02:07 But we're going to go ahead and contour just a little bit.
02:10 Now this is a bronzer.
02:11 And I like to use this around my cheek area.
02:14 So blend it all the way to the high points of the cheeks.
02:18 And you want to make sure that all the colors seamlessly
02:21 blend together.
02:22 And work it down to the jawline.
02:25 And this is going to define your features
02:27 and also give you some color.
02:29 I like to also apply this on my forehead
02:32 because I like everything to match.
02:34 And this is going to also give me a sun-kissed look.
02:38 Now with a small brush, I'm just going
02:40 to lightly contour on the sides of my nose.
02:45 And just a little bit of blush before we move on to the eyes.
02:49 I'm going with a Cheekers blush.
02:50 And I'm going to apply this on the apples of my cheeks
02:53 and kind of work it up.
02:55 I'm going to be doing a brown smoky eye.
02:57 I'm going to start with this brown pencil
02:59 and apply this on the inner rim of my eye.
03:01 Take it down to my lash line and kind of smudge this out.
03:06 Because this plays like a good base for my eyeshadows.
03:10 I love doing this, especially when I'm in a rush
03:13 and I don't have time to do a full-on smoky eye.
03:16 This is like my signature look.
03:20 So I'm going to grab a pencil brush
03:22 and start to blend this from the outer corners.
03:25 And I'm going to take this all the way to the inner corners.
03:28 Same thing on the top, starting from the outer corners,
03:31 blending this all the way to the inner corners.
03:35 Before moving on to the shadows, I'm
03:37 going to go ahead and do the same thing on this eye.
03:40 You can be as messy as you want because you're
03:42 going to end up blending this anyway,
03:43 so don't worry about getting a straight line.
03:46 So now we have the eye base going on.
03:47 And we're going to move on to the eye quads.
03:50 And this is the gold shade, which I really like
03:52 because it's a good variety.
03:53 And so I'm going to start with the lightest color, which
03:56 is this beautiful gold color.
03:57 Just pop this right on the inner corners
04:01 and bring it down to the bottom lash line as well.
04:05 Next, I'm going to go ahead and use
04:06 the third color, which is this beautiful bronze color.
04:09 And apply this sort of on the center of my eye.
04:14 And again, blend it all the way out.
04:17 And I think these shadows have the perfect amount of shimmer.
04:19 It's not overpowering.
04:22 Now for the darkest color in the palette,
04:24 I'm actually going to use a fluffy brush
04:26 because this is when we're going to go ahead and blend
04:28 everything in place.
04:29 Starting from the outer corners, you
04:30 want to take this color all the way to the inner corners.
04:34 These are very buildable, so you can start very small
04:36 and kind of work your way up to the intensity
04:38 that you're happy with.
04:39 I'm also going to take that dark color on my bottom lash line.
04:46 Again, starting from the outer corners,
04:48 blend this in about halfway.
04:51 What you want to remember with smoky eye,
04:53 it's all about the blending.
04:54 So if you don't have any harsh edges,
04:56 I promise your smoky eye is going to look beautiful.
04:58 What people struggle with is the harsh edges
05:01 that they see that they don't like.
05:02 The trick with that is just to grab a fluffy brush
05:06 and just blend those edges until they're all gone.
05:09 So the last touch that I'm going to add to the smoky eye
05:12 is a liner.
05:13 And for that, I'm going to use Intensify Me eyeliner.
05:16 So I'm going to apply a very thin line,
05:18 because I have a heavy fold.
05:21 I like to make small strokes when applying liner,
05:24 because I like to make sure that I don't make any mistakes.
05:28 If you need to perfect it, you can go back in
05:31 with an angled brush.
05:33 I'm going to go ahead and do that on my bottom lash line
05:35 as well, but just on the outer corners.
05:37 Come about midway and stop.
05:45 Before moving on to mascara, I'm actually
05:47 going to fill in my brows just very lightly using the powder
05:50 brow.
05:51 I'm just going to start from around the middle of my brows
05:54 and kind of work it out, just because I
05:56 do have a lot of sparse areas.
05:59 So I like to just fill them in.
06:01 If you're a brunette, go about two shades lighter
06:03 than your hair color.
06:04 And if you're a blonde, go about two shades darker,
06:08 because that's what's going to give it that beautiful contrast.
06:10 And that's what's going to make it look as natural as possible.
06:13 And of course, brush them up for more of a natural finish.
06:18 Lastly, on the eyes, I'm going to apply a little bit of mascara.
06:21 And this is the Super Sizer.
06:23 And it's great because it gives you a lot of fullness.
06:27 What I like about the brush is that it's
06:29 really thin and really unique.
06:30 So you can actually place it at the root and kind of roll it up.
06:35 And that's going to give you definition from the root up.
06:38 So it's kind of nice because you can really get in there
06:42 and kind of wiggle this guy up.
06:45 It also separates, as you can see.
06:47 You also want to apply a little bit of this on your bottom lash line.
06:54 It's also very easy to use because it has so many different cool sides
06:59 to it.
06:59 So you can actually have fun with it and try different things with it.
07:03 Like for the bottom lash line, I'm kind of just placing it
07:06 and kind of wiggling it down.
07:09 And it gives a lot of definition to my bottom lashes.
07:12 All right.
07:13 We're going to finish up this look with a lipstick.
07:15 And for that, I'm going in with Delicious number 340.
07:18 I personally love this color because it's that perfect mauve-y pink color.
07:23 It's really pretty.
07:24 So I'm just going to apply this all over my lips.
07:28 Thank you so much for watching.
07:29 I hope you enjoyed this look.

07:35 If you need to perfect it, you can go back in with an angled brush.
07:40 I'm going to go ahead and do that on my bottom lash line as well,
07:43 but just on the outer corners.
07:44 Come about midway and stop.
07:46 Before moving on to mascara, I'm actually
07:54 going to fill in my brows just very lightly using the powder brow.
07:58 I'm just going to start from around the middle of my brows
08:01 and kind of work it out just because I do have a lot of sparse areas.
08:06 So I like to just fill them in.
08:08 If you're a brunette, go about two shades lighter than your hair color.
08:12 And if you're a blonde, go about two shades darker
08:15 because that's what's going to give it that beautiful contrast.
08:18 And that's what's going to make it look as natural as possible.
08:21 And of course, brush them up for more of a natural finish.
08:25 Lastly, on the eyes, I'm going to apply a little bit of mascara.
08:28 And this is the Super Sizer.
08:30 And it's great because it gives you a lot of fullness.
08:34 What I like about the brush is that it's really thin and really unique.
08:38 So you can actually place it at the root and kind of roll it up.
08:42 And that's going to give you definition from the root up.
08:45 So it's kind of nice because you can really get in there and kind of wiggle
08:50 this guy up.
08:52 It also separates, as you can see.
08:56 Hey, guys.
08:56 It's Sonia Gasparyan.
