00:02 If you'd like to see this look, then keep watching.
00:08 So I started off using my trusty BB cream.
00:11 This is my Skin79 VIP Gold BB Cream.
00:14 I covered up any hyperpigmentation spots
00:16 with my Makeup Forever Full Cover Concealer in number seven.
00:19 This is an optional step.
00:21 I set my makeup with powder.
00:23 This is my Tarte Smooth Operator Powder.
00:25 But if you wanna get that authentic Korean look,
00:28 you might want to skip the powder
00:29 and leave your face a little more glowy.
00:32 I'm starting off applying a primer.
00:34 This is going to help my eyeshadow to last all day.
00:37 I'm gonna be using this lighter color
00:38 in the Anastasia Brow Kit in dark brown.
00:41 Using small strokes, I'm just going to fill in
00:44 as if I'm drawing little hairs.
00:46 The goal is to create a fuller brow shape.
00:49 We're also going to make the shape
00:51 a little bit more straight across and less arched.
00:54 This is going to create a more youthful look.
00:57 We're going to take this Gunmetal shade
00:58 from the Naked palette.
01:00 And starting at the inner corner of the eye right here,
01:02 I'm going to create a little half-moon shape.
01:05 This color is going to follow the ball of your eye.
01:08 And then you're going to taper it downward.
01:12 So it's going to go in the same shape
01:14 as the curve of your entire eyelid.
01:17 So curve it at the top right there.
01:19 It's going to go parallel to your eyelid.
01:22 And then we're just going to pull the color down
01:24 at the outer corner right here.
01:26 I'm using a charcoal gray color, which
01:28 was one of the most popular eye shadow colors I saw girls wear.
01:31 But you could also use a neutral medium brown as well.
01:35 Using the same color on a smaller brush,
01:37 I'm just going to add this gently to the outer corners.
01:42 It's going to be very, very lightly.
01:46 We don't want to smoke it out too much.
01:48 Next, I'm going to take this Urban Decay Moondust
01:51 eyeshadow in Space Cowboy.
01:53 Just using my finger, I'm going to press this into my eyelid.
01:56 I like to put it just slightly above the line of the eyeshadow
01:59 that I did earlier so that it kind of blends
02:02 into the color of my natural eyelid.
02:04 So that's going to give it a little bit of glimmer
02:08 and shine, even if you have mono lids.
02:11 It's still going to show above your eyelid space.
02:13 I'm also going to take just a little bit
02:15 on the inner corners of my eyes, focusing right
02:19 underneath my tear duct area right here.
02:21 That way, it gives a little bit of a teary effect to the eyes.
02:25 Next, I'm taking this highlight shade called Virgin,
02:28 and I'm applying this right underneath the brow bone
02:30 and just blending it downward.
02:33 Next, I'm applying liquid eyeliner.
02:34 Koreans usually tend to like thicker eyeliner.
02:38 It's going to taper a little bit as it goes forward.
02:41 Unlike how I usually do my eyeliner,
02:43 I'm not going to flick it upward or make
02:45 too big of a wing going up.
02:47 The line is pretty much just going
02:49 to go down from the highest point of your eye.
02:52 Next, I'm just curling my lashes and then adding mascara.
02:56 I'm using Urban Decay Cannonball Mascara.
02:59 I'm only using one coat of mascara
03:01 because generally, I don't see girls in Korea
03:03 wearing too heavy eye makeup.
03:05 Next, I'm just going to apply these false lashes.
03:08 False lashes are actually surprisingly pretty common
03:11 in Korea, and a lot of places sell lashes
03:13 for pretty cheap, too.
03:14 This is the final Korean style makeup look.
03:17 I hope you guys enjoyed watching.
